Professor Michael Brenner in the lab

Our Speaker: Michael is a faculty member in SEAS and Physics at Harvard University. He has a PhD in Physics from the University of Chicago, where he worked with Professor Leo Kadanoff. His first faculty position was at MIT in the Mathematics Department before joining the faculty of Harvard University in 2002. The Science and Cooking course is one of Harvard’s most popular course where chefs reveal the secrets behind some of their most famous culinary creations — often right in their own restaurants. Inspired by such cooking mastery, the Harvard team then explains the science behind the recipe.

Our Collaboration: This event is a collaboration of all of the Harvard Clubs of Northern New England: The Harvard Club in Maine, The Harvard Club of New Hampshire, The Harvard-Radcliffe Club of Vermont, The Harvard Club of the North Shore, the Harvard Club of the Merrimack Valley, and the Harvard Club in Concord.
